Ingredients


  1. 11gr coffee beans
  2. 200ml water (94°C)
  3. Aeropress
  4. Aeropress filter
  5. Serving carafe (or cup)

Steps


  1. Grind the coffee beans  (it should be a bit finer than regular V60 like sea-salt) 
  2. Place the filter paper as shown in the video
  3. Pour the ground coffee into the Aeropress
  4. Pour the ground coffee into the  Aeropress
  5. Start the timer and add 200gr off water
  6. At the 2:00 minute mark, give it 3 swirls.
  7. At the 2:30 minute start to press gently it would take 30sec approximately.
  8. Ideally finishing by the 3:00 mark. Remove the filter and serve.
