Ingredients
- 11gr coffee beans
- 200ml water (94°C)
- Aeropress
- Aeropress filter
- Serving carafe (or cup)
Steps
- Grind the coffee beans (it should be a bit finer than regular V60 like sea-salt)
- Place the filter paper as shown in the video
- Pour the ground coffee into the Aeropress
- Pour the ground coffee into the Aeropress
- Start the timer and add 200gr off water
- At the 2:00 minute mark, give it 3 swirls.
- At the 2:30 minute start to press gently it would take 30sec approximately.
- Ideally finishing by the 3:00 mark. Remove the filter and serve.
